Oil: when the ambient temperature is above -10℃, add 15W/40 diesel oil; when the ambient temperature is -20~-10℃, add 10W/30 diesel oil; when the ambient temperature is -30~-20℃, add 5W/ 40 diesel oil.
Hydraulic oil: add AE46 anti-wear hydraulic oil when the ambient temperature is above -15°C; add HS22 hydraulic oil when the ambient temperature is -15°C and below.
In addition, you need to pay special attention to the following points:
When the ambient temperature is below 10°, preheat the engine before starting the vehicle;
Regular maintenance, maintenance requires the use of the original filter element and oil;
Select the appropriate diesel, engine oil and hydraulic oil models according to the ambient temperature;
When the vehicle is parked, it is necessary to replenish the battery in time to avoid the battery being over-discharged and affecting the battery function.
- Precautions for the use of Isuzu aerial work platform vehicle:
Diesel fuel should use diesel fuel from regular gas stations, pay attention to avoid using diesel fuel with large water content, so as to avoid engine damage;
Check daily whether the oil level is within the normal scale;
Check that the engine belt is not loose;
Check the coolant scale to make sure it is normal;
Check whether there is water in the oil-water separator;
Whether the hydraulic oil of the whole vehicle is sufficient and whether there is leakage;
Check whether the starting battery wiring is firm and whether the voltage is normal;
If you park for a long time, you need to start the vehicle every 15 days to replenish the battery.
- Precautions for battery use:
The life and endurance of the battery are greatly affected by the temperature, but simple and good battery usage habits will greatly enhance the performance of the battery.
Please charge the vehicle in time after use;
If the vehicle is parked for a long time, it should be fully charged and placed on a dry site, and the vehicle should be recharged every 15 days.
