Project overview: for mountain transportation
In mid-December 2021, Chengli Company received an email from a customer in Myanmar stating that it wanted to purchase an Isuzu all-wheel drive fuel truck.
After communicating with the customer, I learned that the customer is an executive of a local oil company, and the purchase of an Isuzu refueling truck is mainly used for mobile refueling in mining areas and mountain forest areas.
After learning about the customer’s needs, the company leaders immediately arranged for technical personnel to design a plan for it.
Since the customer needs to install two different types of oil, the technicians specially designed the double bin and double fuel dispenser for the customer.
The customer was contacted as soon as the plan came out. After the customer read the plan we designed, all the problems raised by the customer were solved, and they were very satisfied. Subsequently, a contract was signed with Chengli Company.
In January 2022, this Isuzu NQR all-wheel drive fuel truck was successfully completed. Then we made a detailed introduction and usage instructions for the customer, and the customer recognized us very much after understanding it!

Chassis configuration:
It is produced on an NQR-grade Isuzu Euro V chassis and modified to a 4×4 full drive, which is specially used in mining areas, mountain forest areas, and rough road conditions.
The chassis is equipped with Isuzu 190 horsepower engine, Isuzu original MLD 6-speed transmission, heating and cooling air conditioning, with steering assist, front axle 4 tons, rear axle 7 tons, with ABS, air brake, a cab can be turned over.

The volume of the tank is 5 cubic meters, and the tank and head are made of carbon steel plate marked with 5mm. Both warehouses are equipped with European standard tank mouths and double fuel dispensers.
Equipped with a subsea valve and emergency cut-off switch, the tank is equipped with a float level gauge. There is a foldable escalator on the top of the tank.
