To “jump gun”, the first refueling must be completed

The first refueling must be done after you have picked up your new car. Don’t add oil to the “jump gun” again after you have picked up your new car. This is to verify that the fuel gauge is correct.

Don’t top up unless you are absolutely sure.

It is not necessary to refill the fuel tank again in order to save vehicle economy. It can usually be increased to 2/3. A full tank is almost as heavy as an adult.

Morning is the best time to refuel

In hot summer it is better to refuel in the morning to reduce the amount of fuel in your oil tank. If the oil gauge’s indicator light is on, it is important to refuel immediately. Otherwise, the diesel pump could be damaged as there is not enough diesel in the oil tank to heat the engine.

  • Maintenance of lamps

Driving the dump truck will be much easier with a bright lamp. If you are a DIY person, it is a great opportunity to learn how to adjust the lights.

First, pick a night to park your car near a wall. The vehicle’s front should be perpendicular to the wall. Keep it at a distance of 10 meters. Turn on the lights first. Cover one light with a thick fabric to adjust both the headlights. The load should not be too heavy or too light so that the lights can easily be adjusted. It is a good idea to have a friend sit in your car so that you can maintain a suitable load and also have someone to help.

Once the light has been turned on, mark the projected light on the wall using chalk. The dump truck’s central axis should be at the same distance as the lights on the right and left. It must be adjusted in accordance with the dump truck’s operation manual in case of outward or inward deviation. The height of the light beam should be horizontally and directly directed for the right light, while the left should be elevated by 10 cm. You should not adjust the light too high as this will irritate the other driver.

Dump trucks can present many problems that are not easily noticed. These hidden dangers can cause accidents and make it difficult to drive safely. These are the typical precautions and use specifications for driving, lifting and unloading dump trucks. When using these items, it is recommended that drivers carefully review and adhere to the following requirements.

  1. Before you unload the vehicle, ensure that no one is present at the rear or sides. Also, check frequently if the lifting limit device has not been damaged. If it is, please stop lifting the vehicle and contact the After-Sales Service of the Refitting Factory as soon possible.
  2. Before you drive, close the power take off switch. This will allow the power takeoff to be separated from the gearbox. The oil pump stops spinning. Next, place the manually operated valve at the middle stop position.
  3. You cannot drive the vehicle until the carriage has been adjusted to fit the subframe’s upper wing surface. Otherwise, it is likely that the carriage will cause accidents or faults when lifted.
  4. Most modified cars are equipped with a lifting alarm. Every day, the driver must inspect and maintain his vehicle’s lifting alarm. He should immediately stop if the alarm goes off while driving.
  5. It is important that the vehicle be maintained during its out-of-service period. This will prolong its service life.
  6. Make sure that the lifting and limiting devices remain in good order. If the lifting device is damaged, stop lifting and contact Refitting Factory immediately.
  7. The carriage must be evenly packed and the goods should not be loaded or dumped.
  8. To get the gear pump to work, you must first lower the clutch pedal. Then turn on the power-off switch. This will prevent the gear pump from contacting the ground when the power-take-off gear is engaged.
  9. To avoid damage to the limit valve or other parts, keep the carriage at 2000 r/min when it is being lifted.
  10. To prevent any accidents, make sure that the “power-takeoff switch” and the manual operation valve are in the separation or lowering states before you start.
  11. Lifting the carriage must be done with care. There should not be any facilities or people within 5m of the carriage. Operators are prohibited from leaving the cab.
  12. The vehicle must stop when it is being driven. The manual operation valve must be in its middle stop position. It is strictly forbidden to use the manual operation lever to lift or lower the vehicle.
  13. The vehicle must be repaired with the entire support. Maintenance personnel cannot enter the box’s bottom without providing complete support.
