    1. Check that the pipes of the fecal suction truck are not allowed to have air leakage, otherwise the fecal suction truck will not work.

    2. The tank body of the Septic tank truck is equipped with an anti-overflow device, otherwise it is easy to suck the fecal sewage into the vacuum pump when the fecal suction truck is in use, which will damage the entire system.

    3. The connection between the oil return port of the primary oil and gas separator of the manure suction truck and the oil return port of the secondary oil and gas separator and the oil suction pipe must be made of hard pipe or hard oil-resistant rubber pipe (steel wire braided hose). Thermally deformed plastic pipes are not allowed.

    4. When the Septic tank truck is used in a new pump, 1-2 liters of No. 32 mechanical oil should be directly added to the pump, and No. 32 refrigeration oil should be added when it is used in the cold regions of the northeast and northwest, and it should be installed at the suction port of the pump. Water gas separator.

    4.1 Adjustment of the amount of lubricating oil
    The amount of oil stored in the return tank should not be too much. It is better to use the lower part of the oil level pipe. Too much oil storage and supply will easily affect the oil and gas separation effect and increase the oil consumption. Otherwise, it will affect the cooling and make the vacuum pump warm. rise too fast.

    The amount of oil supply is controlled by a straight-through cock. When the handle is at right angles to the axis of the oil inlet pipe, it is fully open, and when it is parallel, it is fully closed. When it is found that there is obvious oil mist at the exhaust port of the four-way valve, the oil supply should be reduced. .
    4.2. Adjustment of locking mechanism
    When there is leakage at the cleaning hole cover, the locking mechanism should be adjusted, and the pressing force of the plate arm to the cleaning hole cover should be increased to improve the sealing performance. The specific operation steps are as follows:

    Turning the tie rod end at the left-handed screw to the left (viewed from the front of the car to the rear of the car) shortens the distance between the fixed sleeves of the threaded fork joint connecting rod, and the connecting rod drives the transmission shaft and the plate arm to swing counterclockwise to clean the hole. Hold the cap tightly until the leak is eliminated.

    If the cleaning hole cover cannot be tightened, and the leakage has not been eliminated, the sealing gasket should be replaced.

    Replacing the gasket or cleaning the tank corresponds to twisting the tie rod end at the left-hand screw to the right, but prolongs the distance between the threaded fork joint and the connecting rod fixing sleeve, causing the plate arm to swing clockwise, which relaxes the cleaning process. Constraints of the hole cover;
